2. What data is collected
- Name and surname
- Email address
- Phone number
- Cadastre number (if provided)
- Free-text comment (if provided)
- Lead-form email and consents (storage, newsletter)
- IP address and browser data (automatically)
3. Purpose and legal basis for processing

4. Sharing with third parties
Data is not shared with third parties without your consent, except:
- Infrastructure providers (hosting, email) — under a processor agreement.
- When required by law.
5. Your rights
- Access — request what data is stored about you.
- Rectification — correct inaccurate data.
- Erasure — "right to be forgotten".
- Restriction — restrict processing.
- Portability — receive your data in a machine-readable format and transmit it to another controller (GDPR Art. 20).
- Withdraw consent — at any time, without affecting the legality of prior processing.
- Complaint — lodge a complaint with the Data State Inspectorate (dvi.gov.lv).
6. Cookies
Necessary cookies are used for session authentication. In addition, we use Google Analytics (Google Ireland Limited) for anonymous visit statistics — analytics cookies load only after your consent (Google Consent Mode v2; disabled by default). You can change your choice at any time via “Cookie settings” in the site footer. No advertising cookies are used.
